Full Release of Liability

While participating in any lesson, camp, class, or sports training activity with EST Baseball, or while in the vicinity of our business operations, you voluntarily waive your rights to seek legal action or financial compensation against EXCEL SKILLS & TRAINING, its instructors, coaches, and the city of Los Angeles in the event of injury or death resulting from our care or equipment, your equipment, unforeseen hazards (such as stepping in a hole or encounters with dogs in a park), being struck by a baseball or baseball bat, acts of nature, or actions of our instructors and coaches.

Baseball is inherently a sport with risks that may result in severe injuries. Our EST Coach is highly trained and focused on maintaining optimal safety standards to minimize risks at all times. Safety is our utmost priority.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

The parent/student relationship is established with EXCEL SKILLS & TRAINING. It is strictly prohibited and illegal to solicit an EST Instructor for private lessons outside of the EST program. Any such actions may result in the instructor's termination from EST and could lead to further legal action for breach of contract. Students, parents, and guardians are expected not to circumvent the EST Baseball program.

What's Included in a Private Lesson?

Your EST Coach's time, insurance coverage, and all baseball training aids and equipment used for instruction are encompassed within your lesson fee. However, please bring your personal gear (bat, glove, hat, cleats, etc.) along with necessary items like water and sunscreen. While our coaches often have extra equipment available, it cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduling Information

Lessons, camps, and classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled independently. We recommend creating an account within our scheduling system after your initial booking to save time and avoid the need to repeat intake forms. Online bookings come with a 100% reservation guarantee. For consistent training, it's advisable to schedule lessons well in advance. We offer packages of 5 or 10 lessons, which can be pre-booked based on your coach's availability.

If you purchase a package, it can be applied to any coach on our staff.

 Refund Policy

Refund for a single lesson, camp day, or class:

Should you have second thoughts after purchasing a single lesson, camp day, or class, inform us, and we'll gladly refund your payment, deducting a $10 processing fee. The refund request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, camp day, or class to be valid; otherwise, refunds will not be issued.

Refund for lesson packages:

Lesson packages remain valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to utilize the remaining lessons within the package before expiration, you may transfer them to another person. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at info@excelst.com to inform us of your situation. Please note that lesson packages cannot be transferred to camp days or class credits.

Refund for class and camp day packages:

Class and camp day packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you can't use the remaining classes or camp days within the package during a specific class or camp offering, you may retain them for credit towards a future camp provided by us. For such circumstances, please email our customer support team at info@excelst.com to communicate your situation.

Public Field Access

While we strive to secure exclusive access to fields, there may be instances when we share a field with other users. This situation occurs infrequently, as we typically choose spacious parks with excellent baseball fields. Rest assured, we always adapt to make the most of the situation, prioritize player safety, and ensure we have the necessary equipment for effective training and player improvement. Your training experience remains our top concern.
